| Created by Christian Perrot
and Marie-France Perrez, Nirvanet became the more famous cyber website in Europe in 1995. An amazing group of people, designers, writers,
musician, web developers, animators and more, started working together to build and maintain the site everyday.
New contents ranging from social matter to technical matter were delivered daily or weekly to be illustrated by the group of web professionals. The image served the content
and the content served the image back. It was a real deep and free
art experience. As the webmaster of the site, I was part of the content
organization, the layout creation, the workflow, the design, the
animations. (talented
designer such as Eric Pajot and Stephen Miller known as MKZDK,
Benoit Henken and his fellow Olivier Wauthers (www.10pm.org)
Fabrice Bertrand (www.labsynth.com), Christian Verschaeren, Florence Vanacker, Alain Benisty, Pascal Joseph and many more.)
Unfortunatly
the site became so huge that It was impossible to keep it alive after
we stop producing updates. here is fewer examples:

JUST
GO THERE!
"After a long night of surfing, you should point your browser towards the collective domains of Mkzdk and Nirvanet. Of all the sites I have been to, these represent the quintessence of what the net and graphic design has to offer. These sites aren't just good, they are total fucking Godhead. Immerse yourself in a garden of digital organic imagery... let it saturate your consciousness... you'll thank me later.
The mastermind behind MkzdK is Stephen Miller, a man with an imagination that is only rivaled by a select few in the world of computer graphics. Anything from sunlight dancing on water, forms and patterns in nature, to sea creatures, clouds, the jungle, and the dynamics of flow can be found here, of course severely altered and completely tripped out for your visual enjoyment.
Nirvanet is a vast space of graphical excellence... this one you just must see... no words can even delve into what beautiful images this site has to extend to your mind. JUST GO THERE! There are many diffrent avenues to explore, and I believe you will find them all incredible...It may be wise to go to both of these sites at night, as they are graphic intensive (to say the least) and some pages have long loading times."
