Delphine Muret, Managing Director and Owner. Before founding Crêpes on Wheels, Ms. Muret was a Business Development Manager for a software company. She held several positions during her tenure, from engineering and marketing to sales management. Prior to that, she was a producer at a leading company in software security.
Delphine has been living in the Bay Area for five years. Her passion has always been centered on quality food and innovative cuisine. Since she moved to the Bay Area in 1998, she noticed that the options for breakfast and lunch in business locations were very limited. She started to think about opening a food business two years ago. She attended the Food Show in Moscone Center in San Francisco and bought her first Crêpe machine in 2001.
